All orders over £50 or €50 will be delivered free within a maximum of 5 working days. A working day is Monday to Friday, Sunday and Saturday are not seen as working days. Bradleys have the right to extend this to 10 working days before the goods can be cancelled and a refund claimed, Orders of less value than this will have a delivery charge of £10 or €10.
If the courier has called and has proof of called within the 10 days you will not be liable for a refund.
If the item ordered is out of stock you will be offered an alternative if this is not acceptable a refund will be given.
Orders over 10kg will attract an extra charge depending on their weigh and the location of the purchaser. Before we ship goods over this weight we will inform you by email. The order will not be shipped until all costs have been paid in full.
From time to time due to circumstance beyond the control of Bradleys Pharmacy such as snow or strikes goods may not be delivered with the specified time frame. If this is the case Bradley’s Pharmacy are not liable.
If Bradleys Pharmacy has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (to the same value) or we will credit your card for the cost of the unavailable goods. Bradleys Pharmacy will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Goods can be purchased in either sterling (£) or Euro (€) and include VAT.
Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order as changes cannot be made to your order once it has been placed and Bradleys Pharmacy will not grant any compensation in any form for inconvenience experienced as a result.
The delivery cost for your purchase is displayed when you select the delivery method at the checkout. You can still choose to cancel the order at this stage.
Refunds on items returned will be offered at the price paid at the time of purchase. Therefore, items bought on special offer will only be refunded at the special offer price. If an item is retuned the customer will bear the cost of the shipping cost and the item must be returned in the both the packaging and the condition it was received.
While we hope it never happens, sometimes our service may not be what you and us would agree is acceptable. In this case if you are not happy and wish to make a complaint, please make your complaint to the following e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to respond to all complaints immediately but all complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. The customer will be informed of all progress.
Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. Bradleys Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied or ascertained to be correct.
Bradleys Pharmacy reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only. Customers will be notified by email if this is the case.
Orders returned by the courier as not picked up will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled. The customer will then have to re-order the goods if they are still required.
If an order is not received, you must contact Bradleys Pharmacy within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.
Bradleys Pharmacy cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery, or any damage caused to your purchase once the package has been dispatched to the courier and a dispatch acknowledgement has been emailed to your specified email address.
Any items damaged during return due to insufficient packaging may only receive a part refund at Bradley’s Pharmacy’s discretion.
Orders returned by the Post Office as not picked up, will be refunded the cost of the products only. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled. The customer will have to re-order should they require the item.
Sale, clearance or end of line items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than fault with the product as the item has been reduced in price to clear.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect order, Bradleys Pharmacy will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.

Credit/ Debit cards will be debited at the time of the order being placed. There will be additions to the price of the product, VAT and delivery charges. However the total price will be stated before the confirmation of the charge. All charges will be in the currency chosen, your card company will make the exchange to your local currency. As exchange rates vary you will have to check with your credit card company for the exact rate. We cannot be held responsible for any variation in exchange rates or the loss of any monies due to fluctuations.Title to the product ordered will only pass to the customer once payment has been received. Risk will not be passed until delivery of such item.

In such an event we will contact you by email to inform you of the error, and will not proceed with your order until you confirm that you wish to do so at the correct price. Bradleys Pharmacy undertakes to resolve and amend any errors as quickly as possible following notification or discovery of an error.
